What should be more disconcerting to people is not that Bush was this and Biden is that.
I find it pathetic, if not tragic, that the media picks away at one bumbler but not the next (who is arguably WAY worse).
Bush was not in a severe decline. He was just lifelong dopey.
Biden is on a rooftop looking for his marbles and the hole in his pocket ain't getting smaller.
